　① Long-term customers will have special offers!
　② Statistics of characters: using Word2000 Toolbar-Word Count-Character Count (excluding spaces)
　③ Special translations, such as advertising, art, painting, menu, classical literature and video/tape, shall be otherwise bargained.
　④ Standard translation: general standard translation by a senior translator and reviewed by a translation reviewer with above 10 years' experience.
Applicable to ordinary documents, such as product specifications, analysis reports, bidding documents, national standards, statements, ordinary legal documents, and references.

　⑤ Refined translation: elaborate translation by a senior expert translator and reviewed by an industrial expert and a linguist, applicable to important documents, such as white books, proclamations, patents/literatures, important contracts, enterprise introduction/advertising materials, prospectuses, publications, etc
　⑥ Except the above translation, we still offer 23 translation options between two foreign languages, to be bargained after negotiation:

Notes to Interpretation

　① The working hours of interpretation are 8 hours/day/person; working hours of less than 4 hours shall be counted as half a day, in excess of 4 hours but less than 8 hours as one day;
　② For every hour of overtime, the price will be charged at 150% of the rate;
　③ For interpretation in another city, the customer shall assume the interpreter's travel, accommodation and insurance costs;
　④ For simultaneous interpretation, appointment shall be made at least 3 working days in advance;
　⑤ The price for special specialties and rare languages shall be otherwise bargained.
