| To deliver better services, save
your time and effort, and reduce rework, we hope that the customer
can support us in the following ways:
① We are responsible for the accuracy
of the translation only, and are not responsible for the purpose,
contents and use thereof.
② Translation is a precise and professional job. Please give
us more time for higher quality.
③ For very specialized translation, please provide us with
your customary terminologies and references (if any).
④ The original script provided by the customer must be clear
and complete, lest the translation efficiency and accuracy
should be affected. The original script shall be final, as
any revision thereof after the beginning of translation will
cause great inconvenience to us.
⑤ When entering into the translation contract, please fill
in the translation instructions carefully, specifying the
style, format, font of translation, and also answer our questions
in detail.
⑥ The workload will be calculated based on the original script
provided by the customer upon contracting. Please confirm
any revision, deletion or supplementation of the original
script in writing during or after translation. In case of
deletion, the original contract price will remain unchanged;
in case of revision or supplementation, we shall charge additional
fees and postpone the time of delivery.
⑦ Please present us any doubt about the translation in writing
within 3 months after receipt thereof, we will modify the
translation free of charge.
⑧ We refuse to translate any illegal, reactionary, noveletish
or immoral information.
