1. At least 5 years'
experience in translation, strong language expression;
2. Proficient in at least one industry, having served
in this industry for at least 2 years, knowing the
latest industrial information;
3. Punctual, faithful, serious, modest work-style,
excellent communication, love for translation, readiness
to bear difficulties and stresses.

1. Entrance
examination: An applicant must go through an examination
before becoming our translator. Please download
and complete the test materials.
2. Trial-period examination: During the trial period,
the translator's translation will be reviewed by
a translation reviewer. When his/her overall level
is acceptable, the translator will become a formal
translator.
3. On-job examination: Regular performance examinations
will be conducted on the translator as an important
basis of his/her remuneration. |
